RETURNS & EXCHANGES MERY PLAYA

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept refunds within 14-days from the date you received your order.

 All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the hygiene seal intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

 Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.

 If the website indicates that a product is on special or final sale and is not returnable, such sales are final and no return will be accepted and no refund will be given.

 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to MERY PLAYA will be deducted from any refund or exchange credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, email us at info@themeryshop.com using the e-mail address used to order the bikini

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.

We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund

(item price excluding original shipping cost).

MERY PLAYA cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

 

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?

We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorization number to you!

ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A VALID RETURNS AUTHORIZATION # WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours.

We will process the refund to you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 5 business days however the time that it takes to be credited to your statement may vary.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT?

If you do receive damaged suit, or a suit with a product defect, please contact us immediately at info@themeryshop.com

 

WHAT IF THE COLOR IS NOT THE SAME AS THE COLOR I SAW ONLINE?

It is impossible to match colors between the fabric and colors displayed on computer monitors or printed from the website.  

Variations in color tone and saturation are to be expected we thank you for your understanding.

 

SHIPPING FAQ

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order,

please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam

folder and add shop@samelosangeles.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

 

MY ORDER SAYS "PROCESSING" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Processing” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your orderstatus will change to shipped.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

Due to the limited nature of our products it is possible the item you ordered is out of stock or no longer available. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items,

these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order required additional verification of your billing and payment information and we did not receive a response, the order was then canceled as we are unable to hold orders for longer than 3 business days.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. MERY PLAYA cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied

to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MERY PLAYA. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through MERY PLAYA. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
